• From Jan. 6th, 2023-Mar. 17th, 2022 teams must be ready to play as early as 6:00am
• Each team will be guaranteed four games
• Games are 3 periods of 12 minutes stop time
• Team trophy for top 3 teams
• Individual medals to champions & runner ups
• Player of the Game awarded each game
• USA based teams must be registered with USA Hockey
• A raffle basket with a $75 value is required of each team
Levels
AAA Elite=Canadian AA, US Club's top team
AAA Select=Canadian Rep A, US Club's second team
A=Large town's top team, Club Select or 2nd team, Canadian Rep B
A/B=Small town’s only team, larger towns middle teams, Canadian House A Teams
B=Town’s lowest skilled teams, Canadian House B Teams
Fees
The tournament fee is $1,450. A non-refundable deposit of $600 is required at time of registration.
Canadians may pay cash at par at the tournament, after a $600 USD deposit is paid by Credit Card.
Cancellation Policy
If your team needs to cancel their tournament, please let us know as soon as possible.
The $600 is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. The remaining $850 will be refunded if we receive notice more than 45 days before your tournament. If you cancel within 45 days of your tournament the full $1,450 will be non-refundable.
